As a first step, interested parents/caregivers should call to arrange a tour of the school.
Once we have received a completed application, a morning visit will be arranged for your child, where he/she will spend time in the current grade, meeting and getting to know classmates and teachers. An informal assessment will take place during the visit. Admissions Committee decisions are based on academic and personal qualifications as well as available openings per grade level.
Pinecroft accepts applications throughout the year. While most placements are made in February for the upcoming school year, admissions take place on a rolling basis as space allows. Limited financial aid is available.
Upon acceptance, a commitment letter will be sent for you to complete and return with the required deposit. Invitations are extended for newly accepted students to join us for an Accepted Students Visiting Day, as well as at our Spring Program and the year-end cookout at Pinecroft.
